The Holly Story
At Holly Contracting and Design we provide a unique but common sense outlook to the building industry focused on a holistic approach. We incorporate climate, site preservation and land use, in-depth planning, sustainable building practices, green materials, indoor environmental quality, energy and lighting, water efficiency, natural resources, building operations and maintenance.
At Holly we are inspired to create healthy beautiful structures for occupants to live, work and play in. Average Americans spend 90% of their time indoors where often the occupants are subjected to buildings that have poor Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ). Poor IEQ causes a variety of different health issues collectively referred to as Sick Building Syndrome. We ourselves have been exposed to sick buildings and the symptoms they induce, and realize the importance of healthy living and work spaces. We inform our clients about the importance of IEQ guidelines and our dedication to preserving those standards. Our clients can rest assured that their Holly-built project will be as healthy as it is beautiful.
